I haven't been keeping up with this blog like I should and I apologize but work has been hectic and I've been on a no make up ban.
There is simply not enough space to keep it here in Hong Kong and I also miss a lot of my American products so I'm trying to deal.
My new dilemma is over my Clarisonic. I almost 100% sure I have to purchase a new one ... not because mine is broken, but my charger isn't compatible with the voltage/sockets here. ITS KILLING ME!!! I might get a MIA or the one that you can charge through USB.
It just kills my wallet a little that I have to spend another $100 on one.
First up, in HK they have supermarkets called City Supers. It sells a lot of imported products and their make up selection is really decent. I found a lot of European, Japanese, and Korean products here.
I also found Dr Bronner's soap too so #win. Below is a Candy Doll lipstick. I saw good reviews a long time ago so I decided to try it. The color is an apricot nude. It's a little too weird on my skin tone, but it looks good with a gloss.
Bourjois is readily available in a lot of stores here so I decided to try out their smoky eyes trio that just came out. I really like the darkest shadow as a liner. It lasts a super long time too.
They also have a bunch of stores that sell random cubicles. I can't explain it well, but inside the store, ppl can rent cubicles and sell whatever they want in it. A lot of cubes sold Benefit, perfume, or cell phone accessories.
I picked the cube that sold make up things and I ended up buying some lashes. They were 2 for like a dollar. Then I also picked up a Coastal Scents brush. I know I def paid more for it than it's worth, but I love love this brush. It's the perfect size for blush and blending in powder!
